Tips

• Use QUOTES to search for an exact word or set of words.  Ex "Romeo and Juliet"  Note a + sign works the same way.
• Put a DASH before a word to exclude it in the search.  Ex.  jaguar -car (will search for animals, not cars)
• Use a TILDE before a term to include results with its synonyms.  Ex.  Christmas ~desserts (note a Tilde in a website address usually means a personal site)
• Use SITE: to search within a specific website.  Ex.  site:stpsb.org or site:edu
• Use LINK: to search for sites that link to the specified site URL.  Ex. link:stpsb.org (shows all sites that link to stpsb.org)
• Use .. (two periods) between two numbers to express a range of things like date, measurements, and prices.  Ex.  movies 1950..1970
